They don't deliver courier even if it is 4 km from office location. They didn’t even call me to inform that courier is arrived. I had call them multiple times. Pathetic service. Waste of time and money. Do not go with this type of services.

Worst service!!!!....no delivery on time, infact they always say there is no delivery boy......the given phone number is also switched off always...they wont even call when the parcel is arrived....worst ever experience!!!!

They don't deliver courier if it is 7+ km from office location. Too lazy people, just do time pass. My courier (pan card) arrived on 27 Nov 2021 and these guys calling me on 6th dec 2021 and asking me to collect courier. The guy who called me was busy in laughing with office mates over jokes and when I ask why don't they are not delivering my courier to destination address he asked to me wait and without mute phone asking reason to his colleagues. His colleague from background told he is not having petrol so he can't deliver. I heard whole conversation and went to office to collect courier. They made such face that nothing happened.
