The most arrogant and careless staff. I am giving one star as there is nothing below than one star. Somebody should give tight slaps to the staff. Most shameless people. Is the owner sleeping? Nobody seems to be bothered. Please don't send anything through this horrible courier service.

Worst Service ever... Wanted to give zero star rating because the service staff, Owner don't have the decent manner to talk... The owner is like this shop is mine nd you can't argue or talk anything. The parcel is stranded in one part of the office since 2 days nd if any courier is available in your area then only they will deliver your parcel to you otherwise they will wait. We've to go nd collect the package nd in return we get to hear all the nonsense by them. After arguing "he's like jo karna hai bahar jaake karo mere office mein nai". Worst courier service and i request you to not deliver any packages through them.

When they receive parcel they dont even call for pick up your parcel. You have to check online delivery status if the parcel has been reached at trackon courier branch. And if you looking for pan card delivery dont expect it. You have come at this place for pick up.

Hello, Don't know why NSDCL chose these completely unprofessional currier services, important documents like PAN cards they keep with them without delivery. My firm PAN card there tracking system says delivered on 30th May, which is not. contact us page mobile numbers are not working, I visited 3 offices of trackon finally tracked where my pan card is, although that office is closed from 2 days. None of the mobile numbers are working again. Indian post office is way better than Trackon Couriers

Worst courier service. Don't even ans calls. Takes a week to deliver courier even through speed post. That too we have to collect it from their head branch. Worst service
