Worst service I ever received. Twice in a month, my order returned for them. They just lied in the order status that I have rescheduled the delivery and then in the next attempt that my house is closed. In reality, they never once called my number. Do not order any item if it is delivered through them in Malda. I got better service from the same courier at the place of my work. I am ashamed that the people of my home town are such incompetent bunch.

This is worst delivery partner I had ever seen.. simply they are fraud. First of all they delayed everytime after reaching the product in their hub.and they don't deliver product at the proper address, sometimes they called the customer and say to the hub if they want to receive their product. Very pathetic service. I live in Malda district but these idiots tried to deliver my product in Murshidabad district. They did not even call me or contacted me and returned the product on their own decision. This is highly irresponsible and idiotic thing to do. In my experience from previous some delivery of my orders ....... Delhivery courier service provides a wrost service than the others courier companies.....they don't come to my accurate location which I provide in the shipping address and if we tell them why they do this types of work then they says,"we haven't route on this location." When u aren't able to go on this route(Sattari-732208)then don't pick the orders on this location .....and all the others courier service companies are coming everyday on this location without any hesitation......In a word, they haven't any responsibility to the customers and many times the product is miss routed ....... Delhivery has need to improve their service like the others courier service companies......

OMG!! This courier facility is very bad.I heard. But Today, I experienced it. Delivery promise is fake.Customer care service is worst. Even they are not giving the exact Track Details. Today its 25-10-2017 and its showing me the track details of 19th October. Today is the last date to deliver the product. But its failed to maintain their promise. U can also search the quality of Delhivery in Internet.It will bring the all details. Its just worst thing I experienced. So, My suggestion is that where you will get the facility of Delhivery Courier Dont accept it. Order from another Online shop neither U'll be harassed and will be lost ruppes by calling the customer care.
