I am writing it for the frenchie owner of Delhivery service of Asansol,Mr Vivek Thakur.the man is really a gentleman but he is not well supported by the system. The man tries to retain its coustmer but the overall Delhivery system is pathetic. They broke my guitar while delivering and I never got any penalty for the same(it was the first time I used the services of Delhivery) During the second time the actual delivery was 4 days delay from the given date on mail,while follow up the concerned person never gave a clear ans. I am stick with the company and still will use the service by the company for this man Vivek thakur. So for Vivek -its 5 ⭐ For Delhivery -please get a sense of doing service business -1 ⭐
