Very unprofessional courier service provider. Intentionally keeps parcels on hold and delay the them. Kolkata hub is abosolutely the worst. The guy who is supposed to pick up customer care phone is insanely rude and hungs up the call on our face while we are trying to converse with him. Not recommended at all. Please avoid this unprofessional courier service

Worst courier company I have seen till now the Dalhousie branch people doesn't know the proper locations of the area and the are are running the business even they need to improve the communication skills they dont know how to speak to a person they are soo rude specially the lady sitting over there she need to learn some way how to deal with the customer who is eagerly waiting for there product to be delivered and without and concern the send the parcel back to the source,I don't want to give them this1 star also but unfortunately I have to .
