I would have rated it 0 if possible. Worst courier service. They don't have a customer care number. There is no one you can talk to. Also they don't provide delivery centre adress or contact or anything. Mine was a high value parcel and they are continuously postponing it with some or the other reason. I don't even have the contact number or anything so that i can go and pick it up. Its the worst. I was supposed to get it on 24th april. I have not received it yet. posting this on 1st may. Use blue dart or any other service. Nothing can be worse than this one.

They do not share contact number of the delivery person. This is the reason of anyone’s frustration and panic when on website tracking page, you fine status getting updated like ‘address closed’ while there was no delivery attempt or contact from their side. This is the cases specially when sending high value parcels.

There is no proper system being followed at the centre and goods are being handled very badly. I would request the senior management to look into the Udaipur warehouse and staff. It is creating serious doubt on the credibility of the brand.
