I would have rated it 0 if possible. Worst courier service. They don't have a customer care number. There is no one you can talk to. Also they don't provide delivery centre adress or contact or anything. Mine was a high value parcel and they are continuously postponing it with some or the other reason. I don't even have the contact number or anything so that i can go and pick it up. Its the worst. I was supposed to get it on 24th april. I have not received it yet. posting this on 1st may. Use blue dart or any other service. Nothing can be worse than this one.
