Very bad service 🤮 Cannot send any kind of courier to village area. There is a need to improve the service

Its zero star, I would not prefer this courior service even for free. I have a PAN card to be received which is showing out for delivery a day ago & the next day they call & say we do not deliver PAN card & you have to collect the pre-paid consignment from their office (he didn't even verified it's me). When I ask the other branch guy he said he is not having courier boys & charge extra to deliver at consignee address. Bloody Kam Chors... Avoid otherwise you or your consignment will suffer.
