Delivery boy is just too lazy to do his job properly which he is getting paid for. He does not deliver the parcel at the given address. You don't provide Home Delivery Service at all! You should mention Roadside Delivery Service in your website that way we won't be cheated.

Worst courier service ever. I can't begin to explain how dissappointed I am. It's not just a one time incident but it has happened multiple times now. I literally have to call them up to deliver my order and even so they keep giving excuses and continue delaying.

Status says packet has reached Shillong since 10 October. Till today, no delivery, no contact from Delivery.Nothing. Read the other reviews as well. This must be the worst delivery service in India. Would advice all vendors, retailers not to ever use this delivery firm. Ever. Or Delivery should dismiss its Shillong employees/partners immediately.
