Their behaviour is extremely rude. They come near the gate and start honking continuously until we come out and collect the package without even calling before, why can't the delivery person ring the bell instead of disturbing others. Such a nonsensical behaviour. We had scheduled the delivery on a particular date and our package arrived before schedule. It's their responsibility to check the scheduled date instead they sent our package back to the seller. What's the point in having an option to schedule the delivery then?

Very bad experience. The delivery agent supposed to deliver parcel to the address. But he called me and asked me to come to some other place or they will handover in some shop. He was asking for the OTP before handover the parcel and when I refused, he said he will return the parcel and disconnected the call. They updated in the tracking website “ Delivery failed- Number not reachable” instead of updating they are unable to deliver to the address. Since the package was medicine and due to the urgent requirement I called him again and visited the place as per his convenient. Poor Service by Delhivery Courier.

Very bad service experience. Delivery agent was rude in the behavior. The Courier service provider was supposed to deliver it to the address. Instead they called me and asked me to come to some other places. Even though they were near by me they asked me to come and pick up the parcel. When I refused to pick up they just cut the call and moved out. After when I called him back and asked about the delivery he asked me to share the OTP and pick it up from some random shop. I had to refuse it and force him to come to my location(Kadathoka) for the delivery. This all process took around 45 min, multiple calls, misunderstanding and arguments.

Very cheap service and the owner of Delhivery Honnavar is very low mindset person. Worst service ever in my life. My 10k worth package was damaged and sent to wrong destination even after reaching out to the courier service center(Honnavar) and complaining. Please if the same happens please head to e-commerce website where you booked the order and place a complaint also reach the Delhivery Website and raise a complaint over the Delhivery Center Honnavar. Please take action if your packages get mishandled. I am Local Guide and dropping my honest review after my experience with the Honnavar Delhivery courier service. Also dropping the images of my Damaged Packages. Other places Delhivery gives good service but, Delhivery needs to take action over Honnavar Center.
