worst service. pan card had been with them for weeks. Finally I had to visit them to get it and even then it took 30 mins. Even their online customer care is garbage. They just told me to collect it myself without any address/contact of the shop, and the contact information on google is incorrect. Surprised why GOI would chose such a bad courier service.
