Very bad service my parcel was out of delivery for 3 days but after 3 days not received at my residence I was called several times to customer care kolkata they told me it was delivered 2 days ago even though my delivery was not complete. After I said I have not received any parcels they said they will arrange. Very pathetic even though I am in an urgent situation. Don't choose the delivery partner Bule dart & DTDC best

Very bad couriar service i suggest not to send items on this couriar My item is arrested at ccu hazra hub for 4 days No phone number for this zone I got phone number from internet of hazra zone After calling they told me it is not hazra. Harassment is sure if you send items on this couriar

Had to collect my package from the warehouse whereas they were to deliver it at my residence. The packet was just lying at there place for 5 days for no valid reason Being a customer I had to take the initiative to collect the same after doing some research to get their number as they didn't had any customer care number. All in all it was a very bad experience.
