Worst of the worst. Very rude and unprofessional behavior from their staff. What is the point of using their service if they are asking to collect the package from their office every time which meant for home delivery. And also they are threatening to send it back if not collected in two days. Very disappointed.

Very bad service.. dont send any goods to trackon Thalassery they are not friendly and very rude to customers. courier means door or almost door delivery. But they will tell you to collect from there. If we need to collect from there its better to send goods Via Kerala Roadways like transport companies. fun is that they will not listen you what you're saying 😠. and the fun fact is that the guy will not obey their own customers service head persons order also 😬
