Strictly unprofessional and useless services. 1 day delivery will take 7 days and still there is no guarantee for delivery. 5 days required in hub for sorting propose only. After that you have to fight and collect your packet from there office. In short waste of time... Money and efforts.

Most terrible. They say collect the package from office even when the shipment is door delivery. Then falsely update the status as consignee refused to accept. They talk rudely and misbehave.
