I’ve raised a lot of tickets regarding my missing parcel from H&M. They asked me to wait 48hrs for the updation from their side. After 48 hrs also nothing happened. Have to raise tickets again and again only to receive the same bot message that ‘pls allow us 48hrs’. Before delivering something, you guys should ask atleast the name of the person. There’s no proof that you have delivered the parcel to the ordered person. Pathetic delivery partner.

Please do not download the app. It’s a scam. They do not have any point of contact. So many parcels have gone missing and no one to contact. You can create a ticket on the app, but no one contacts you. I have created over 10 tickets since October for many missing parcels, no one has contacted me back. They have even turned off their comments and DMs on Instagram.

This is guy is complete fraud. He picked up parcel for USA from my home and told me its 10kgs. I paid him as per 10 kgs and later in the UPS tracking I found that the parcel weight is only 6 kgs. No transparency, no proper invoice, no where delhivery name is written, fluctuating rates. Also usually for out of India prcels, courier service providers carry weighing machine with them, but he came without one. How can delhivery partner with such pathetic service providers. Request to send out of India parcels directly via ups/dhl, etc. Better customer service and transparency.
