Worst courier service provider for items which cannot be carried on 2 wheeler. Keeping my parcel at their office since 22nd Feb 2023 and till today I.e., 7th March 2023 my parcel is still not delivered.

Is this the best you can offer to customers? Self-pick is not an option at all. Lack of manpower should not be used as an excuse. That is your problem to solve not ours. Your only job is to offer the best of services and avoid inconvenience to customers. Can you do that?

This self style delivery office should be shut down immediately! Instead of employing delivery personnel, they just send automated SMS for self pick up to save money. Two of my precious orders went back because they don't even cared to call.

Worst delivery service ever. The delivery person is very rude to customers, please first learn how to be humble or get some classes how to behave with customers. I had to cancel my order which are delivered from this service because they don't deliver at all at the given destination. Very disappointing. Please look unto this matter. Wish i could give 0 star. So far, worst delivery i have ever experienced.

The worst and most irresponsible,un professional courier service I've come across. My parcel was scheduled to be delivered on 27th Dec 2020 and I haven't received my parcel till this day i.e, 4th Jan 2020. Delivery was not attempted in the first place yet I recently got a message saying that I need to self pick up my own parcel from their godown.Upon receiving such message I emailed their delhivery courrier customer service to look into my said matter and do the needful at the earliest and the reply to my email was to self pick up my own parcel without them even attempting any delivery which I find it very irresponsible and un professional.
