My package has been stuck in Delhivery office in the city. First they took days to ship it even though the merchant handed them the package well in time. Once in transit (that is after I raised tickets and contacted the merchant), it took just three days for it to arrive from Jaipur to Mangalore, but it's taking way more time for it to travel less than 5 kilometres to my house!! I don't know what joy they get keeping my package with them for so many days. There is no contact number either and absolutely no stated reason for the delay. Very poor service. And this is not the first time, I have time and again faced similar issues with Delhivery in the past.

Not good service. Had a lot of problems with tracking and finding my package which arrived in Mangalore but I didn't know where the office was. Also you can't find their number on their website. I had to resort to asking a small temporary shop to where the office had moved they didn't even post a sticker that we have moved. meh delivery time took 4 days for my package to arrive from Delhi.
