I don't know but I think that they are simply rescheduling the time to their comfort, and not delivering the package at time. It's been a whole day since the time of my package arrival and still it has been not showing out for delivery, I don't know but they are simply arrogant and not doing their job seriously.

Worst experience. Delivery person called to my mobile number asking for OTP number. I thought I wil receive my parcel. But he did not come. I keep trying his number. He is not picking. Daily I am calling for tat number. Once he picks and telling he wil deliver it today. I received a msg as if I received the parcel. Action should b taken on ths issue.

I would give zero rating if the option was available. Pathetic service. My parcel has been roaming around a radius of 2 kms since the past 4 days. Whatsmore, this is not the first time this has happened. Once in a while delay can be pardoned but not repeated delays.
