I haven't yet received my parcel. It took so long and dankuni facility hub it has got stuck. Why they need so time in each hub. Why it's delayed. Less importance to customer service. No feedback after raising complaints. I would rather use something else. But not delhivery again. This is my last time. Please do resolve my issue as soon as possible.

From 28 september till today (10 October) my product haven't reached yet, they spam in number saying my delivery has been rescheduled and when my delivery estimate date comes they update next estimate date. Worst service possible *Edit (October 15): from 28september to till now my delivery is now marked as "In transit for return" means my product is being processed for return to seller no one came to my address to deliver, after 18days of delay now my product is returning to seller mean they made me wait 18days and harrassed me for no good reason with no customer support

My parcel Tracking no-5552613180332 is stuck-up since 29.09.2022 in Dankuni hub. Estimated delivery date was 02.10.2022. No movement in tracking details and unable to contact with customer care even & its really frustrating....

The most WORST courier service.. If there would be any number least than ZERO , I would have given that Number to this courier service. My shipment is kept in DANKUNI HUB from past 5 days.... But they are not delivering it to my address in Kolkata.
