The worst … I just ordered from a website and I asked him not return it .. but inspite he got the return OTP and returned it .. Now when I call the Coonoor delivery courier Manager or the incharge ..he don’t even respond to any of my calls instead he deny without a reason or an excuse … please Dnt choose this courier .. underrated behaviour

Most unprofessional of all courier services. It has no office in Coonoor and just returns packages saying "door locked." These are nothing but lies and shirking of responsibility. Beware before you hand over a package to them.

I'd say, delhivery courier few staffs are literally lazy. When u say them to deliver in an appropriate address they wouldn't do rather they go with which is nearby to them, if the service they provide isn't doorstep then why are you guys running an office? Other service providers are far better than the lazy yards, such a savage 😣

Worst experience, I really want to tell the name of the courier guy, but I just don't want to spoil his job, Had a very bad experience with him twice, my house is in the roadside and he has to pass through my house, but he is not ready to give the parcel , instead he wants me to walk to the nearest stop to get the parcel, and he will again go through my house. He says he has lots of personal job to do and he cannot waste time in coming and giving the parcel. Indecent. These type of pple really spoil our day.

Rude agents. Scream and try to intimidate especially to woman. Do not give door delivery. Will tell it's not their job to walk that far and they're not paid enough for that and wat not. Not able to find the office number to complain. Don't think it would make any difference either.
