Best example of irresponsible Courier service. On 3 -4 occasions Simply there were SMS updates saying " We were not able to reach you, delivery will be scheduled for tomorrow" After 3 attempts, there will be another update delivery cancelled. Earlier they had a telephone number to call and enquire, that also does not exists now. There is no proper method for tracking the complaints. Not worth for 1 * also.

Irresponsible. Trying to neglect their responsibility .I stay 15km far from here, visited here for an enquiry regarding my courier, which they kept there for 3-4 days and returned to Mangalore, never contacted me. Which now will be sent to kuttikol which is 12 km away for me. Instead of sending the courier to the nearer delhiveri outlet they send back to Mangalore. Ordered product in Amazon 12 days back still waiting 😩
