Had a very bad experience today at this hub. I verified that my parcel have reached this hub 2 days back. Waited for 2 days for them to deliver my parcel. But finally it dint happen. So I went in person and asked them why it has not been delivered since 2 days and there were 3 to 4 employees who started shouting at us. They started saying we will deliver when we feel if you want the parcel to reach in time then book some where else. Wort experience am gonna ask all my sellers not to use this courier service. And am personally not gonna use.

Economical courier service presently but do watch-out for service availability in your area.. many a times the courier is taken by by sending office but the destination office calls us to come and pick as they do not have service in that area or will return the consignment. This needs improvement

trackon courier is worst service in chennai ambattur. Not Pick up calls and not good response. many time i have gone and bought my parcel in this store. MARUTHI Courier service is better.

Not deliver at proper time. They wait till consumer come and collect parcels manually. Many time i went this office to collect my parcel. Because the parcel reached Chennai within few days from Delhi or any state. But this brach eployees . Put delivery on hold atleast two days in this place. My location is thirumullaivoyal.

Very very poor service,not picking up the phone call, not replying properly, nor giving delivery in time. Totally fed up with this courier.
