Really annoying experience. My parcel was delivered from Delhi to their branch office in Shakti Nagar, Udaipur within two days, but they couldn't deliver the parcel to my house even after 4 days of its arrival to their branch. The person there who asked me to share my details and address with him on WhatsApp, didn't respond to messages when asked about the delay. Really unprofessional and pathetic behaviour of the staff and the worst service.. Highly disappointed..! Had to get the parcel myself even after having paid the delivery charges.

Pathetic service. Location is invalid. No office on the given location. The person switched off his mobile right softer alking to me. If they dont know how to do business than they should close their shop rather than waisting people's precious time.

One of the worst courier services in Udaipur. Since 2 weeks package is out for delivery and has never been delivered or attempted to deliver. Provided number on their tracking site is invalid and does not exist. Customer Service is the worst as there is no response to registered complaint and no real phone support available.

The Parcel reached udaipur on 15 early morning, today is 19, no information on my package from their end. No Phone Number to chase or request.
