I went to directly to collect the parcel. Most of them asked contact numbers of the parcel hub at kaniyur Coimbatore. I have shared the photos pasted with lost of phone number you can contact them else reach them directlynif you need immediately.

Very very worst service. I have ordered mobile on e-commerce site, 2 months back. Shippment arrived at the Kaniyur hub and for next 4 days, I didn't get my order. I called them and they asked me to collect at the hub. They said some reason of pandemic. Later, I have ordered cloth, this month starting and it reached Kaniyur hub 5 days back, still I didn't get my order. In the meantime, other courier service deliverying the order within one day in my area. Then why delhivery doing such things. Frustrated with the service.

No responsibility,not professional. They are sending orders to wrong destination and keeping it there for days and again rerouting and delivering lot of days later. Not once I already faced this problem twice. Either they don't read the address on package properly or they just employ incapable people. Totally negligent.

Pathetic service by Delhivery, They are the worst. They are playing with my order (Computer Parts), They sending it to multiple hubs except my city hub and finally auto cancelling the order the order after 9 days without attempting the delivery. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Customer support is pathetic aswell. They don't even consider replying to any of your mails.
