Had a parcel to be delivered on priority, as per FedEx, parcel should have reached the door by Saturday 25th before 8pm and parcel was with Delhivery local mangalore office since Friday night. Sunday full circus to find out the office, local contact etc. This parcel was door to door delivery by FedEx and god knows why FedEx like an international company is tied up with such a worse service provider in mangalore. While visiting the office of Delhivery (Katipalla, far from main road), office person doesn’t show up for 15 mins and they have an audacity to say, they don’t have enough riders to deliver and they are not even sure when the parcel will be delivered. If you cannot fulfill the order, why on earth you are accepting FedEx delivery. At the same time, why FedEx is tied up with such indecent, worse providers. First of all never knew such worse, pathetic service provider even exist in todays world. @FedEx - if you want to retain your customers, first get rid of such useless Delhivery service companies.
