I have ordered an Item in Amazon, but at the day of delivery the msg seen in portal out for delivery through out the day. And after longtime at 06:30 pm msg seen that delivery cancelled and return to seller. Then I found the address of Bolpur Delivery Currier Office which situated at Rabindra Bithi By-pass road near Bandhgora in Google maps. I contacted at their office, they assisted me very much. Their behaviour is soo polite. And with their cordial help i got my item in next day at 10:30 am. Thank you so much Delivery Currier.

I had to visit this place to collect my product which was out for delivery for a whole day. Actually the product was not out for delivery but remained there. So you can understand the pathetic condition of delhivery courier service. That is why I have given one star. But the warehouse is big enough and there are enough support stuffs but I don't think they work seriously. There are many products scattered over but the attitude was not professional. However I had a nightmare experience with delhivery courier service and I came to know that the whole service system is not trustable enough.

When ever I order something via any E commerce site be it Amazon, Net meds I just pray to God that please don't assign Delhivery. I ordered some medicine but that got lost in transit. Irresponsible team. I am worried all the time when I see " Will be delivered via Delhivery " Nightmare for me. No proper address and phone number for Bolpur PO.
