Worst courier Service in Thodupuzha, When the courier reaches their office, they change the status "OUT FOR DELIVERY" and in the evening they simply change it to "UNABLE TO REACH CUSTOMER" without contacting, and this will repeat like 2-3 days, after that they return the product back. This is not the first time for me, I suggest that it is better to cancel the order, if the courier company is Delhivery.

This is located on the Mangattukavala Vengalloor bypass. Not easily noticeable because of the lack of road frontage. It's a warehouse kind of setup largely because of the emphasis on door delivery. There's no front office or a an assigned person to attend to any visiting customer. The staff behaviour is decent and helpful. They ensure that the parcels are delivered to the addressee. Delivery is quick and reliable. The overall experience is good but no five stars at the moment.

The worst courier service centre in this area... ...If the product was said to be delivered today...they will not even contact us for delivery , instead they keep on rescheduling delivery telling delivery attempted and finally it will be cancelled...also the office is far away from main town...nd not easily accessible...also they don't provide home services saying it's not possible for them to deliver 1 item and all..nd ask us to collect it from their office...
