Never trust on this courier service, I sent a parcel with trackon from Gorakhpur to Mau.. First they kept it for 5 days at their hub.. and after calling many times, when delivery boy came, he was saying “ gate pe aayie nhi to no service dikha k wapas kar denge”( main gate of the colony was about 1 km from my address) After some time when he came, he started arguing and then was going back without even giving the parcel.. The friend of mine who was supposed to receive the parcel started crying because of his behaviour and this started just because he didn’t want to deliver at doorstep,I won’t recommend for trackon unless you want to walk 1 km to get your stuff. He was threatening that he wouldn’t give the package, but since it was my stuff in there, I had to plead with the delivery guy to handle that package.. PATHETIC SERVICE These guys are so unprofessional and irresponsible too.. Please go for India Post if possible, that’s cheaper than all these private companies and reliable too…

There is no facility for the customer in the branch, the manager also does not help anyone, people are engaged in long lines but no one does any work, the entire staff disturbs the public.
