There is no negetive marking. I would have given that. If they don't have enough staff they cancel our order and says they couldn't contact the customer. If we contact them they say they will come haf a way and we should go and wait there Then what is the use of giving delivery charges if they cannot do their job. Better don't use this delivery service. Worst experience

Very bad... The item hasn't deliverd even after it had reached 3 km away from the delivery location 3 days ago and they had send a message that it is out for delivery 2 days ago. There is no contact number, no e-mail id or nothing is provided.

They will deliberately delay the delivery and update in Tracking page as Tommorow for all the days . No contact nos and No address given for this waste service fellows.. They will deliver the parcel taking their own sweet time never bothered about customers. Pls never ever use their services if your parcel needs to reach at right time.near feature this guys will surely shut down and vanish from the market, if they don't improve the service, such a pathetic company . My order got delayed delivery by more than 14 days even after reaching the nearest hub before weeks time. Such a careless and waste service.

Don't use Delhivery Couriers, Irresponsible courier service. From ernakulam my friend send one material to Kozhikode, on that time, eta is on 1st October, then again changed to 3rd. Now it is showing rescheduled to 8th October, i dont they will deliver tomorrow or they will extend date again. No sincerity no commitments. And they are not publishing there contact numbers anywhere in website. I think they are not genuine.

Such a pathetic experience. Even after receiving otp, when called executive was very impolitely telling that he will call if there is a parcel, n he doesnt know who has called us. What a horrible person.This person is from calicut area I guess.I missed his call n so I called back. He said he didnt call only. I said ki I have received otp n he s telling someone else might have done it wrongly. He didnt actually pick my call inspite of trying for more than 8 times. Then I called from another number and so he picked. If this is the situation, soon the courier company will shut down. I have raised a complaint in website and no follow up. I am gonna complaint the parcel senders not to use this service if they need to built good client rapport. Such a pathetic service provider is delhivery. So sorry to say this.

If there is an option to give negative rating, this courier company deserves it. They took almost 7 days to ship from Chennai to Kozhikode. Even though bit reached Kozhikode on 7 th day morning, they send one message that the item is out for delivery. But there is no contact number. the worst delivery service ever. my tracking number still says in transit even after 5 weeks.the reason given is cannot deliver due to unavoidable circumstances .Looks like a scam courier service and i find no reason for their delay.No contact number.the poor star rating explains their incapacity. Shut down because i have lost all hope in receiving the courier.if at all you have one existing service guy pls conact so i can tell me tracking id.
