Ordered through bewakoof app and the courier arrived at the hub at mentioned date. But the delivery department never called me once and not even attempted to deliver the product. The courier was lying down in the hub for a week and they automatically returned the product without informing me. This was repeated for the following order also but this time i visited their hub and picked from them. What is the purpose of delhivery for carrying the courier service when they can't deliver to the customer? Better avoid this and the Professional courier for better and quick sending of couriers

Worst delivery partner. I didn’t get my order delivered even though they got my package to their hub. And also there are rude. They are not delivering my product since 6 days. I have visited the hub to collect my package but they are not giving to me also. Worst hub and don’t use them for important delivery’s.

One of the topmost useless service hub My order arrived last 5days ago to the hub, they don't even sending to out of delivery, I've ever seen this kind of waste service hub ever (DELHIVERY) Even, I've got the hub to pick my orders, the staff was so unprofessional, rude, neglect, they didn't gave my orders, they a so so so neglect to search my orders, saying nursery stories to me like we have to search 50 - 100 packs for your orders, Please don't use this service hub in your important days, damn sure they will not service you in promise dates WASTE SERVICE DELHIVERY
