This is not a courier company..It's a cheating company..They are collecting higher rate but they will not deliver at the destination.Very bad services. Receiver has to collect it from their office at nearest CITY travelling almost 15 -20 KMS

Very bad experience.very bad customer service they thing customer as a begger.charge is very high.many times I sent huge amount of boxes in thrissur traccon they are best service and behavior, trustfully.but chalakudy traccon is not good and they have no manners . don't expect a good behavior .this is my experience 1/5.
