My parcel was out of delivery on 9th nov, but i have not received any calls nor could i reach their given number and i have no clue with the whereabouts of my parcel. They never contacted me on the day of delivery but it was shown no one was home, and it was rescheduled for the next working day but still no updates. Worst of the worst courier service I've experienced over my life. So unprofessional!!

Delivery (heavy), pynthrobah, Shillong is the worst courier service. The staff in the office are so impolite and unapologetic..... Besides, they always take 3-4 days to deliver citing unavailability of transportation, after endless calls and written complaints to the company. 3 very bad experiences(all concerning heavy consignments).
