BAD SERVICE!! SLOW SERVICE!! My package was lying in Hyderbad for 5 days and finally Begumpet branch sent to the wrong location due to which it delayed for more 4 days. When I called other branch they are asking for additional shipping charges to deliver the product.

No workin support, delivery took a whole month...not yet delivered.... Parcel stays at a place and hangs out for a week then moves a kilometer.... I ordered my books on 23sept,21 for dec21exams, Today is 12oct,21....and still not recd.parcel yet.... This is the case in a well-to-do city area, i have no idea what would happen to an order placed from area with comparative backward infrastructure & service area.
