They do not value the time of their customers and do not prioritize timely delivery. Overall, I cannot recommend Delhivery Courier service to anyone who values their time and expects reliable service. Their extreme delay in delivery is unacceptable, and their lack of transparency and communication only make the situation worse. I urge anyone considering using their service to think twice before doing so.

There is no option to give negative rating. My credit was shipped through them. It arrived at the hub on 21st Apr, then no update. On 28th, I got the out for delivery SMS. But in the evening, I got another text that I was unavailable and the order is returning. I went to the hub and asked for it. The staff were too unprofessional and not at all willing to help. The guy in the image was using raising and using abusive words too, when I questioned the why the shipment was about to return without even contacting me. The customer service, including the social media helpdesk is of no use. Hub staff think that they are kings. Very worst and pathetic service.

Never had to experience such thing in my entire life. I don't understand why this people cannot deliver the product. I mean what are you guys doing then? If you'll cannot operate properly just don't work, get some actual humans who are interested in working

Worst delivery service ever, it's been over a week and no calls or no response from the their side. I have prepaid for my order and they keep changing the estimated delivery date. These lot have no respect and online shops should stop using their courier service. The only reason i am not using abusive language is the community standards.

I had ordered some products from nykaa and delhivery was the courier partner. Thankfully my product was delivered 5 days after the estimated delivery date. This was after raising several rounds of compliants with nykaa and also on delhivery app. When I finally managed to talk to delhivery personal, i was told that they don't have staff at the moment that delivers enroute my area...n i told them that i will collect the products from an area that was convienent to them which i did...they delivered the products at a store that i knew in a place tat was convienent to them.

If you are reading this review, it is probably because your order has been delayed indiscriminately, and you feel disrespected because these people place absolutely no value for your time or your packages. These scammers have also started to make people post fake positive reviews to increase the average rating. There’s only one solution to this menace these people are creating for us all: we need to request our online retailers to avoid shipments through Delhivery. One retailer has made the switch from Delhivery to BlueDart based on my request. Another promised to send my packages only through India Post from now on. As individuals, there’s little we can do against scammers like Delhivery Kottayam, but as a group we can request the online retailers to avoid sending us packages through this extremely pathetic service provider. Shame on you. Hope you go bankrupt soon.

Frauds....worst courier service. Don’t trust the Delhivery service. It is the worst service provider. They lie, misinterpret and never ever timely deliver.  For the delay on their account, they blame the customer.

I've never experienced anything like this before. 1 week ago, the courier reached Kottayam, and now it has been marked as shipment refused or cancelled by receiver without any contact. Extremely bad experience, I think they're not interested in this business
