Even a Rs 20/- courier is better than Delhivery, this company has no face- they have no contact number, no address nor email address. No matter how many queries or complaints you raise, they don't respond.

I had booked some cosmetic products from smytten app & had prepaid the amount on 7th oct 2022 the estimated delivery was on 14th oct. Even after 14th oct I didn't receive my parcel so after many struggle I contacted Smytten customer care, as a response they sent me courier details of the delivery partner named DELHIVERY & gave me AWB num. I installed DELHIVERY app and there the estimated delivery date keeps on changing after each day, it's been like almost 1 month I didn't receive my courier I tried raising the issue in their app but there was no response from their end. I'm very disappointed & with some hopes I'm writing here. Kindly help me out to receive my parcel or else atleast refund my hard earned money. It's a sincere request kindly respond.

I visited this courier office for one order . When i went there the building was demolished. I was surprised. It is not updated in their website . Bad experience. Other branches of this courier service, i am not sure about.
