We are having client accounts with delhivery. Both small parcel and LTL. Service is good if everything goes smooth. But if your shipment is stucked (this happens with 40% of your shipment) then you are helpless. Their account managers doesnt take responsibility on emails. And they are not ready to share phone nos. there is no support no. Nor customer care no. Its really pathetic. Either you have to leave shipments or have to keep on emailing and opening tickets many times. Very badyou are totally ofended then. Its Really really bad situation. I geel that you never ship with delhivery.
