Worst service my package has been arrived from 1st nov itself now it’s 15nov no one is entertaining my package I have paid for delivery and on top of that you expect me to pick up my stuffs where as it should be you delivering my stuffs . you are getting money because of us if we Dnt choose you You won’t even get a salary in your pocket so kindly do your work nicely seriously disappointed .

Please appoint your customers service office staff wisely. Whatever be the situation ,it's a service you are providing .if the person itself is not able to handle a situation or talk in a decent manner, they are not fit for their work. Never came across a customer service So rude and inpolite. no sense of work or how to deal with customers. Please train your employees especially the one seating at the office. I believe she was appointed to attend and handle customer so she should know atleast the basic thing. That is To TALK!

Worst courier service in Nagaland. It's the people who are running the company here in dimapur. Their Attitude level is at top level other than that everything is extremely poor.

The worst Delhivery branch. They deliver small packages in time but they never deliver medium packages. They don't even try to deliver the packages but later on you will receive a message that ,Delivery has been failed and it will be delivered the other day. You will keep on receiving the message but at the end "Delivery failed" and your product will return back. It happens very often. Upon complaining they said it was because of too much packages in the office. Medium and big packages are delivered by van. They don't have sufficient van and sufficient staff. As a reputed service provider (Delhivery) we expect professionalism. If it happens over and over again then consumer complaint should be made in District forum.

Hopeless delivery system... They pretend to deliver the product but it never reach the consignee and when called back they will not received call.. This kind of courier service should be shut down immediately and public shouldn't support this service system

Package has been sitting at the facility since 9th December without any attempt for delivery being made. Friends and family members had faced similar delay in the past to the point that they had to come personally to collect their package. I have file a complaint to Amazon to opt for alternative courier service to deliver in Nagaland. We should take our complains to the online shopping sites where you buy your stuffs from, and boycott Delhivery courier service.
