I haven't received my parcel but shown I had. The delivery person's way of talking was horrible. Neither me nor my merchant knows whether products will be recovered or not. I wish I could rate in negative....My whole order got cancelled because of this. 4 May evening my parcel was sent from Mumbai and 5 May morning I received it ., How is that possible even... Loss for both ends. Worst delivery service I have ever come across. My parcel weighed 15-18 kgs but delivery person said a small box delivered and I had received.

This service is a fraud.They don't even have means of communication to contact. And these guys don't even provide delivery agent number(which is a basic thing) during the delivery. Guys mention your seller specifically not to prefer this Courier Service for delivery of your product.

If there is negative rating I would have given that , one of the worst service I don't know who has given ISO certification for this company , please I request every one not to chose this company for delivery , if you choose this company for delivery any product your product reputation will be gone due to this service which will be provided by this delivery company , I have ordered phone till now it's not delivered and there is no update it's almost 10 days still it's showing its at the pickup place only , never ever choose this type of company to spoil your business
