Very bad experience. At the time of online payment , payment failed shown at delhivery end but my amount deducted. Delivery person taken money in cash, saying that the amount will be refunded. Now I am not able to call that number and amount is npt refunded as well. Sent multiple reminder email still no refund yet.. Worst customer service.

the delivery boy misbeheaved me badly he denied me the deliver my consignment. Again he had cancelled the delivery and asked me the cancellation otp. When i denied to provide him the otp then he started scolding me. In between i wrote several times to the courier service company. But in stead of taking any action the delhivery has cancelled my order by updating that. "Cancelled by consignee". Guys plz help me with this
