Have never received the delivery on time . Always comes "out for delivery" but i have personally gone and collected my courier 2 times from them as they were not delivering it on time even once . Highly disappointed with Delhivery services to tell u the truth . I have a courier today also with a status out for delivery from morning but i am 100% sure I'll have to go n collect it personally again .

Very bad and worst service, when I ordered something, they returned the same as I didn't responded, but the thing is thay dinnt even contacted me. When reach to their Store, they said they will deliver, but they didn't respond. Same order sent by supplier via other delivery platform. Very very bad and worst service by delhivery.com, suggest to not to use delhivery.com.

Worst ever service they cancelled my order which I ordered from Flipkart, without trying to call me.... They cancel by it themselves... No proper contact number where we can get in touch with them. The number which they provide in their website, 90% of the time is "temporarily disconnected" And when it's connected, we need to hold on atleast for 15min
