There was one return parcel which was supposed to be picked up... It has been 15 days since the request has been placed. The Pickup gets cancelled on it's own every single day and it says that the pick up has been cancelled on customer request. Have never seen such an awful and pathetic courier service

Bad service . My products got dispatched on 13th may and was supposed to be delivered on date 18th may but the keep pushing back the delivery date every day . Today is may 29th . I still haven't received my product. 1st Update: 31st may 2023 . They pushed back the delivery date to 1st June again .

One of the most pathetic delivery company's that I have dealt with in the recent past. Firstly, their tracking system forces you to give your mobile number or download their app for us to have a timely tracking option otherwise you get to see just a one line update without date and time. Secondly their delays are absolutely legendary. Two consignments shipped on the same day from Chennai on the 4th April - One reaches Hoskote (outskirts of Bangalore) on 5th and the second on 6th April. The one which reached Hoskote on 5th reached Bangalore on 6th and is still lying in their Bangalore facility. The one that reached on 6th April has been delivered in Bangalore on 7th April. Third, They don't have any customer service option where you can speak to person. Its only automated response - after calling them or using their online system, after several steps you can get the same information you found on the tracking page. Nothing more than that is available. Fourth the package that was delivered was damaged. Luckily the agency that shipped it has agreed to have it rectified. Fifth and most comic stuff is that one of the options when you call the customer service is to dial 3 to know the phone number of the delivery executive, When you press 3, you will get a response that as per company policy they are not allowed to reveal the number of the delivery executive - Go figure that !!!!!

You will get a message be prepared your delivery is arriving and later youll recieve one more text stating our delivery partner tried reaching but you were unavailable... Dtdc, Bluedart are excellent compared to this!

Never ever choose delhivery for any courier service. They take more money than others and deliver so late than others. For With in Bangalore delivery of documents they charged 80 rupees and took 8 days to deliver after so many calks and discussions with the person in charge. I thought it might be a technical issue and gave a another chance to them. This time , from Bangalore to Chitradurga. They said, it will be delivered in 2 days. After 1 day, package was arrived in Chitradurga by morning itself but nobody even cared to deliver it to destination address. Again I needed to visit the person in charge to get it delivered. Looks like this deliver agency is 2-3 decades behind than others. If anyone opt this service then you will definitely feel for it. Now I understand why Delhivery share price has fallen from 600 rupees to 300 rupees.

Have had a bad experience with delhivery twice now, I had to find out the location of their nearest gowdown, go there and find my parcel. They don't give any contact details , and they won't call you incase they can't find your location. Bluedart, ekart, Amazon, flipkart, Zomato, swiggy etc were all able to find my address with no issues. But these guys can't seem to find it.

My brother has couriered the shipment from Shiprocket with Delhivery as a delivery partner on 20th July from Rajasthan to Bangalore it has to be delivered by 24th July since it was some important documents. It's been 10 days everyday just the estimated delivery date is getting postponeded but shipment is not getting delivered. This is the worst delivery partner I had ever came to know about . If I could be able to give 0 star so I would hv given that. There is neither proper customer support nor contact details to get the details for. Worst delivery partner
