My return pickup was pending more than 15days when I approached online shopping person he said that sir you are not responding call for the delivery person like that they have cancelled the return pick up more than 5 time. Please do not trust these kind of service. Let them go to hell..

Worst courier service I have ever seen. My package from Wallmantra was shuttling between their Tambaram and Sholinganallur branches three times during last week due to their delivery area jurisdiction issues and the ultimate sufferer is me, the customer. Finally I went in person and collected the package which was ordered with Wallmantra on 7th December. Why courier service is used then? I gave rating 1 because I am unable to give negative rating.

Deserves negative rating. My package was on this location for more than 4 days and they did not even plan to deliver it to me, whose house is just 2.5kms from this location. The package is also a simple photo frame and not heavy. Finally after 4 days I had to go all the way to this courier office to collect my package. They had to search it for more than 20 mins in their stuff to find the package. From my observation of the office and how the people work there, my package would be there for more than 2 weeks undelivered. Raising complaint in the portal/email did not help even a bit. Worst courier service, and they don't deserve to call themselves a courier service.

I don't even want to give this one star but i have to because then only i can post my review. Very Very Worst courier services they not even taking my call when their number given by amazon. They don't even called me but updated the status as customer is not unable to contact within few minutes of out for delivery after 10 minutes they updated undeliverable after that just returning to seller. Sellers please don't use this courier service otherwise you will loss many orders because of them. Very worst unprofessional unethical whatever the word fit for very poor service.
