The one and only Delivery service where "SELFSERVICE" Facility is available. They won't deliver ,instead we have to go thru Google and find there address and pick up the parcel by ourselves and need to give a feedback report for them who made this selfservice possible. Kudos to you guys in DELHIVERY AVADI HUB. Most used phrases by them are::- "Customer is not available/can't be reached" "Customer location is incorrect" "Customer's office/home is closed" Thank you guys

Worst delivery service in Chennai. In website there is no contact number for the branch office . They will promise a delivery date but im 100%sure they will take more than the delivery date. There is no option to get my package picked by my self. Very worst delivery service i came through.

Today a guy named Anand Natrajan from Delhivey came to give my parcel from Hamleys. He asked me to make the payment through cash, I told him that I don't have any cash with me and asked him to share the link to make online transaction and I gave him options like to swap my card, through GPay, PhonePe, online payment! His response : If you don't give cash in-hand then I will cancel your parcel. I said, you can't speak like this to a customer, if you don't have a Machine to swap try to accept online transactions. All the other company delivery person carry one with them and why don't you? He said, it's juys 2 years since they started!!! Seriously??? 2 yrs and you don't follow any advanced method of transaction??? He threatned me that I can complain to anyone I want and he is least bothered. Also he said I won't get any of my parcels. Delhivey limited Avadi! Kudos to you for providing such training!
