Extremely pathetic service levels ...a cover for me sent by NSDL reached the Perungudi hub (Chennai ) on 02nd Aug and till date it has not been delivered to me ...I stay just 5 kms away from their Perungudi hub... Their call centre is even more pathetic..NO ONE picks up the calls. Wonder why NSDL uses such a pathetic agency
