One of the worst service ever I have witnessesed. They have lost my original documents and no one is responding properly. They have only answer that we have not booked it ever but I do have proper tracking id and receipt as my booking evedence.

Highly unreliable courier service. My package went missing for couple of weeks and someone had signed delivery/ receipt with my signatures when I was not present in my address. After 3 days of followup, someone delivers the missing package at my place. No attempt to call on the mentioned number or informing the sender regarding non delivery of the consignment.

Terrible service.My consignment reached in their godown almost 07 days before and they neither took my call nor deliver.Finally through one of my acquaintance reached the franchise owner and after two weeks the packet was delivered.

Courier is highly inefficient in Bhubaneswar. Even though the website clearly states that the delivery is available at a particular PINCODE, they refuse to deliver it in a prime location. The local customer service was unprofessional. I have emailed to the headquarters and I have also talked to the headquarters. It has been 3 days and the issue is not yet resolved. My suggestion is not to go for this service. We have too many good quality competitive courier services around.
