Would strongly recommend everyone please never get trapped in their fake promises and worst service. They don't have any customer support/ no office addresses at delivery locations/ no accountability of responding to your mail/ queries/ followup even after a huge delay in delivering so called express service. Once you are trapped, they will never support or update you with the status of your parcel. I have wasted my money/ productive time and burnt lot of my blood to get any contact person, the contact I have got had never responded even after calling/ messaging unilaterally many times. I have to depute people to search door to door to such fraudsters to get my parcel delivered, such companies should never grow in ever-growing and genuine postal service industry, Delhivery is a "GAALI" to this industry. Shame on you Delhivery.

Pathetic service, sending parcel via railways or Indian Post is far better than Delhivery. Delhivery shares the vision of never delivering your parcel on time, after time, anytime. They have no customer support. When you have any issue with parcel lost/delayed, you forget that the parcel ever existed.

Service is getting worse day by day. and customer care is non responsive, they are busy to copy paste the FAQ replies. They don't do any steps for solving our complaints or requests. We need to wait as long as they wish to deliver the packages. If you can't run a company shutdown it to save our time and money.

WORST COURIER COMPANY, I have ever seen, parcel hasn't delivered in 14 days and it is in destination city since last 5 days but still not delivered and doesn't have any customer support number or any phone number of HO or any branch office ro help you about your parcel and booking office also not having any clue!! Nothing can be Pathetic moreover feeling cheated!!

Very poor service.. my parcel was booked on 19 nov and still not received yet by 29nov. More over they dont provide proper shipment tracking nor they disclose delhivery agent number.
