I was supposed to get a parcel from Punjab from this courier service within 7 days and it's been more then 18 days still I haven't received my parcel...and in tracking it's still showing at Mahalaxmi office since October 4th....very unprofessional

Have been trying to tack a courier of mine which shows delivered on the website but I am yet to receive it. Very unprofessional courier service. Does not respond to repeated calls or mails. Total lack of responsibility. Would never recommend this courier service.

They are associate's... They have a small cabin type of office... Don't go with ur car...coz ur not halting ur car at near the office... It's near the lower Parel bridge below signal...so it's crowded on that road any time... Otherwise good...
