The Worst service I ever seen, no customer support and no one will care for your grievance. They will not do the pickup and simply they will update the false information as package not ready at our end. Dear Delhivery peoples please run the company only when you are capable enough to fulfill your commitments or else don't put customers into trouble. We are completely disappointed with your service. No further words to express our grievance. If anyone have alternative customer care number please share(not the number which one mentioned in their website- we cannot able to connect)

One of the worst courier service that i have ever seen. Ashamed of you guys to show this kind of repeated behaviour even after seeing soo many bad reviews. My product is round 2km radius at your centre but not delivered. It's been routed to all other locations sencelessly without seeing pincode. Why the hell marketing platform choose this courier. Can anyone highlight this in social media & teach them a lesson please? It should not repeated to anyone so.

Worst Delivery Partner of Myntra. I am from Periyapatna, They don't even send SMS of Out for Delivery and they come at whatever time they want. And the Delivery Guys are very rude and Unprofessional. I request Myntra not to partner with this third class delivery service.

I have placed an order for a perishable item that has around 2 weeks validity at room temperature and the delivery was scheduled on 11th. Now it has been over a week, my order has arrived in the city yet it has taken them 3 days to deliver (still not delivered at this moment). There are no numbers available to contact either and raising complaint on the website is just burdening my email inbox. I'm extremely disappointed at the audacity. There's no way to call any helpline because the one number I found says the line is busy or number does not exist. Any email sent to the support never received any reply. And I'm pretty sure the courier service won't refund my Rs. 2000 if my package arrives spoilt. I'm sorry to say this but I'm extremely disappointed and horrified at the way customers are treated, especially during a pandemic. At the very least, post your contact number so the customers may atleast approach you for clarifications. That is the least considerate thing you can do at this moment.

This has to be the worst courier service. They call and ask all the address and if it's far from their location they will cancell the order saying consignee failed to puck up or wrong address. Then goes hundreds of phone calls and no response at all. Pathetic and third class service

I was supposed to get a package from ShopClues 3 days back. When tracking, I get the message saying it's out for delivery.. after some time it says 'undelivered as customer was not available' . I have not received a call nor they have attempted delivering the package. 3 days , same story. It's really pathetic.
