Worst service ever. Irresponsible people at work. Don't know how this company is still functioning. Every day they simply update the status as "Delivery/Pick-up will be re-attempted as establishment was closed" even though I never stepped out of my house for the past couple of days. You can't reach the customer care, branch office or the delivery person. You are at their mercy.

Worst worst ever courier service. Seriously i wonder how these people are running this service. Very pathetic. Even after reaching Chennai my package is still undelivered for 2 weeks. Daily it's getting pushed to next day. Fake out for delivery status and filthy updates. Never ever suggest to anyone

Worst service. They don't call us and their number won't be available in Google. Simply the message will come that shipment out for delivery for 3 attempt after that the people cooly send back to the source. They will call two way courier charges. Through ref if we got some person number and asked for the delivery boy contact details they will provide and taught us not to disturb the sir as he having too many shipments to deliver. Since the customers are very job less people according to them. Stupid service. They will quote less to get the business after that their way of work. No one can say anything. For 2 shipments I had faced the same issue. If the same was got booked through Blue dart. They won't call you simply come to address and deliver your shipment. With out contact details

Very worst service. It's been 10 days from the shipment still, i have not received my package. When i track the order the website shows next day morning it will get delivered. For the past 4 days it's showing me the same next day morning. Still i have not received my package. I have raised a query still no response from anyone. There is no contact number or customer care number to contact the delivery courier to find where is my package.

Worst service, they never call and send back the product without delivery stating as not reachable delivery location. If you can't deliver means don't take that order first of all from Online websites like Flipkart, Amazon, Boat etc. First asign a customer care number for your organization to reach out.

Even the world revolves the opposite side these brilliant ppl will never work fast. They ll not call, if u contact they ll not pick th call, even if they once in a blue moon pick they ll speak like a landlord. We have to practice patience😎 waste getting angry with these lazy ppl cos they don’t care. Just be more patient and be @ their mercy to get ur parcel. I’m a regular to this place now to receive my products, now I serve them by not bothering them to come and deliver😁
