One of the worst services ever. I was available at my house and still they say delivery was failed due to your unavailability. Still I have not received my package. I have given my mobile number as well. If the delivery guy does not find my house, he should call me, but he does not call even once. This is very disappointing. I need my package urgently. Please try and understand. It is an important document. Kindly give it to me or at least share the contact of your delivery guy.

This would be the worst logistics company that I have ever encountered. Around a few months back they tampered my consignment from China and misplaced one of my tool (costing around Rs. 20k). I ordered a cellphone, unfortunately the cellphone manufacturer has this pathetic company as their delivery partner. Website showed delivery time of 4 working days from date of delivery. However despite of 6 working days, it did not get delivered. Finally I had to run to their office to collect it by myself.

By far one of the worst courier services in Nashik. Parcel was with them for almost a week. No customer service number, no local contact to get in touch with. Everything left to fate. Reasons given for delay are the most ridiculous ones I have read. I fail to understand how a public limited company can ignore customer sevice so badly.

One of the most pathetic service I have ever seen. A simple card they did not even attempt o deliver and it was sent back then marked lost. I had to do multiple tweets and then call the bank to resend the card. Then again it was sitting in their office for 4 days. Finally I had to go to the office and collect it. They had over 200 cards lying there since 4 days which they didn't even bother to deliver. Their response on tweet was also pathetic.

Pretty good service. I had a parcel coming to my residence when I was not around in town. I had requested the delivery guy to keep the same in their office and I would pick it up later. He readily agreed and took care of the parcel until I called and informed about coming and collecting it. Good job there. Also their messages reach on time about the status of the packages.

Delhivery is the worst courier service in Nashik, there is no contact available, they don’t bother to deliver your parcel for days, even after complaining to the delivery boy they seem to be least bothered. Unfortunately some brands have selected them as the delivery partner so it’s option less, hope they improvise

worst courier service ever, if I had the luxury of using curse words on google review I definitely would use for these people. they dont deliver your order and give you a miss call and say customer didn't pick up call and wait for you to come and collect. they won't even receive your call. all 5 star reviews are fake and done by people taking money to write good reviews
