Very bad service, courier people not willing to deliver parcels at home, my house is just 3kms from the office still the people are saying they don't have service in my area. My question is then why are you accepting parcels? The full address is written on the parcel box. why should the consumer take the effort, money, and time ? Or at least you should charge less if not delivering at home. This is not the right practice or right service you are delivering to the customer
